2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program Signup Form. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our program.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate of Dental Ninja Pro, you agree to:

- Promote the Sensei Program and other services offered by Dental Ninja Pro.

- Adhere to all guidelines and policies provided by Dental Ninja Pro.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your affiliate account.

- Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing marketing and advertising.

4. Affiliate Links and Marketing

You will be provided with a range of banners, ads, and other marketing materials to promote Dental Ninja Pro. You must use these materials as provided without modification. All promotional materials must clearly and accurately represent Dental Ninja Pro and its services.

5. Commissions

Affiliates will earn a commission based on successful referrals. A successful referral is defined as a new customer who signs up for the Sensei Program and makes a payment. Commission rates and payment schedules will be provided to you upon acceptance into the program.

- Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly.

6. Payment Terms

Payments will be made to the payment details provided in your affiliate account. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and up-to-date. Any fees associated with receiving the payment will be deducted from your commission.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will continue unless terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

8. Confidentiality

All non-public information provided by Dental Ninja Pro, including but not limited to, customer lists, pricing, and marketing strategies, is confidential and must not be disclosed or used for any purpose other than the performance of your obligations under this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dental Ninja Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dental Ninja Pro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, or your use of any promotional materials.

11. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. You will be notified of any changes via email or through a notification on our website. Modifications may include changes to commission rates, payment schedules, or Program rules.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Acceptance
